27 pallets, a year unprocessed, back on sale.
Returned stock had been sitting at a third-party warehouse for twelve months. We sorted it by SKU and sent it to the channel where each piece sells best.
The problem
A year of returns had built up as unprocessed pallets at a third-party warehouse. The stock was ageing and none of it was being sold.
What we did
We took delivery of the pallets and sorted them by SKU, inspecting every garment and recording each one. Stock was then routed by channel: to Amazon, to the brand's retail shop or to its online store.
Anything not suited to those channels went back to the brand's online-store 3PL, palletised and ready to put on the shelf.
The result
27 pallets that had been dead stock for a year were sorted, graded and sent on, with a record of every item. The brand now had a record of what it held, and where each piece was going.
