The right garment, in the right bag. Every time.
The quietest error in fashion returns: a garment goes back into the wrong bag. Inventory says one thing, the shelf holds another, and weeks later a customer opens a parcel with the wrong item inside, "fresh from returns".
Verified correct, not just flagged.
Two scans per item
The swing tag confirms the garment. The bag scan confirms it is in the right bag. Both are scanned as a pair.
Mismatches are blocked
A wrong pairing is rejected and the garment is re-barcoded on the spot. Nothing proceeds to stock until the pair verifies.
Other brands' items caught
Customers returning to two brands on the same day sometimes swap labels. The item fails brand verification at the bench and never enters your stock.
Evidence for every decision
Photographed and logged against the order, so your team can show the customer exactly what arrived.
Someone else's product, caught at the bench.
It happens about ten times a week for one brand. No refund is paid against the wrong item, nothing enters your stock, and the customer decides: pay to have it sent back, or have it disposed of.

Illustrative example
Three steps.
- 1
Scan the garment
The garment label barcode confirms identity at item level.
- 2
Scan the bag
The bag barcode must match the same SKU.
- 3
Block and correct
A wrong pairing is rejected and the garment re-barcoded.
